Day 1: Core Computer Skills & Online Safety​​​

1. Basic Computer Functions (Including Advanced Settings)

  • Manage files and folders effectively.

  • Use essential programs such as browsers and word processors.

  • Customize system settings (e.g., display, sound, and privacy controls).

  • Learn basic troubleshooting (e.g., software updates and security settings).

2. Online Safety

  • Recognize and avoid scams and phishing attempts.

  • Learn how to create and manage strong passwords.

  • Protect personal information while browsing and using online services.

 

Day 2: Practical AI in Daily Life

​1. Introduction to AI

  • Understand what AI is and how it works.

  • Explore everyday examples of AI, such as smart assistants and recommendation systems.

​

2. AI for Productivity and Daily Tasks

  • Use AI tools to manage your calendar, reminders, and task lists.

  • Explore voice-controlled assistants (e.g., Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant).

​

3. Hands-On Practice

  • Interactive practice sessions to apply what you've learned.

  • Q&A with instructors for personalized guidance.

  2. Search for "Zoom."

  3. Tap "Install" or "Get."

  4. Once installed, open the Zoom app and sign up or sign in.
